1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

2 Member Eligibility

3 Account Registration & Management

Each player is only permitted one (1) active account only. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including the freezing of balances without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, valid email address, and phone number. Providing false information constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login details. cili88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as your cili88 account.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or for amounts exceeding certain limits. Required documents include a copy of your MyKad and proof of payment method.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once only by each new player.
• The standard wagering requirement is 15x to 30x depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.

Specific conditions for each game category:

• Live Casino: Results announced by the dealer are final. Any technical disruptions during a Live Casino session will be resolved based on our server records.
